Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, I have the right to refuse any commission of the client chooses not to cooperate.

I, the artist, have the right to deny any commission if you are redeemed suspicious or had any past drama with the community

Please provide a clear and transparent reference of your character. I do not accept fully shaded or blurred references.

I will refuse any fetishized content that will make me uncomfortable.

Please do not create loopholes/manipulate if a term was not added,

Please refrain from mass reposting my content, including reposting my personal artwork and commissions more than 10+ times or creating an account solely dedicated to sharing my work. A few reposts of my personal artwork or lighthearted content/shitposts are acceptable, but excessive reposting is not permitted.

When reposting any of my work, whether it's commission pieces, personal artwork, or shitposts, please ensure proper credit is given.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted all the terms stated here. You agree to use the artwork solely for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise specified, and you will ensure that I receive proper credit for all images. Any violations may result in being added to a blacklist indefinitely and without prior warning, along with any necessary additional actions.

Commissions may not be completed in chronological order, as my comfort and motivation will influence the priority. This approach allows me to put forth my best effort.

I perform best when given artistic freedom to interpret the characters you provide. While I’m happy to match a specific scene or pose you have in mind, please allow for and anticipate some variation in the final outcome.

Please do not pressure or spam me during the process. Feel free to check in on your commission every at least two weeks.

If I do not receive an update from you within 48 hours of sharing the progress {WIPS}, I will proceed with the commission as planned.

Please do not ghost me during the commission process.

Revisions due to my own negligence are free.

Major revisions will induse additional fees.

Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions

After 5 revisions of your commission, it will deem excessive.

Some revisions may be challenging due to the art style, which may not accommodate all changes.

I do not accept revisions more than two months after a commission has been completed, unless there are errors that need to be corrected. Additionally, I cannot guarantee against computer failures or accidental deletion or loss of work.

Once the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the client requests additional edits after this approval, we can discuss a fee for those changes.

Please inform me in advance if you prefer not to have your art showcased, as I may not always remember to ask.

I am not obligated to showcase your project in any public space, and if I choose to do so, I am not required to maintain it there indefinitely. I reserve the right to delete or remove any publicly posted project, even if it has been paid for, as you should retain your own copy for personal use.

Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, or non-constructive may lead to blacklisting.

I require full payment before starting a commission

I offer payment plans for commissions over $150. Please let me know in advance if you’d like to use this option.

I cannot accept commissions with deadlines at this time

Rush fees are at least + 25% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.

I do not accept payment from shared accounts unless you are not of legal age and use a parent/guardian’s Billing account.

If payment is not received within 48 hours after I have issued the invoice (unless we have discussed alternative arrangements), the commission will be canceled. Please reach out to me if there are any delays or issues that may affect your payment. Repeated instances of commissioning a project without completing payment will result in blacklisting.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request

I do not accept refunds after 14 days of the commission being paid

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

70% of the total price can be refunded in the sketching phase.

30% of the total price can be refunded in the lining phase.

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

For commercial use, you must acquire the rights from me at 3x (or/300%) the original price.

Display my artwork anywhere within any place or site.

You may repost the art on any socials unless you credit

Use as wallpaper, PFPs, or use it as display

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.

Use the artwork as reference/study.

Tracing, heavily referencing, or "reproducing" my work

Removing my watermarks

Reposting without my permission

Altering my work without consent

Using my art for commercial purposes or profiting from it

Taking credit for my efforts

Claiming any of my characters as your own

Utilizing my work in any technology associated with NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI
